Sundeep Pearson, chef du restaurant indien The Turmeric à Genève
Après plusieurs années au Rasoi du Mandarin Oriental Genève, premier restaurant indien à obtenir une étoile Michelin en Suisse, puis à La cantine des commerçants en tant que sous-chef, afin d’approfondir sa connaissance de la gastronomie française. Sundeep Pearson, originaire d’Inde où il a grandi et s’est formé à la gastronomie, a ouvert The Turmeric aux Eaux-Vives en 2021 en plaçant au centre de son travail la qualité des produits pour mettre en valeur des plats traditionnels.
